As the Education Lead, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative approach to continuous improvement, high-quality industry-training programs, student wellbeing, and student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will work closely with school principals, Technical College Leads, and their leadership teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive innovation and excellence in education.
* With your exceptional leadership skills, you will inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best, ensuring the translation of priorities into executed deliverables.
* To ensure the safety and well-being of students, you must have, or be able to obtain, a Department for Human Services issued Working with Children Check.
* An appropriate tertiary qualification in education, including post-graduate qualifications in an appropriate discipline, is highly desirable.

* Proven experience in leading large and complex organisations at an executive level.
* The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, staff, and community leaders.
* A strong understanding of educational principles and practices, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
