Case Manager for Women and Children
We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our dedicated team in supporting women and children experiencing homelessness and domestic violence.
The successful applicant will provide intensive wrap-around case management services, developing client-led case plans using trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches.
You will engage with clients, build strong community networks, and maintain accurate records contributing to organisational events and programs.

* Provide high-quality case management services to women and children in vulnerable situations.
* Develop and implement client-led case plans tailored to individual needs.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, community agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Participate in organisational events, workshops, and community programs promoting client outcomes.
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Extensive experience in case management, preferably in domestic and family violence/homelessness contexts.
* Demonstrated knowledge of child protection, trauma, mental health, AOD, and legal issues impacting families.
* A commitment to strengths-based, feminist, trauma-informed, and culturally safe practice principles.
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Community Services, Social Work, Psychology or related area.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence, National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid certificate.
