About the Business
Forensic Science SA (FSSA) provides a comprehensive, coordinated range of services to agencies associated with the justice system including the State Coroner, South Australia Police, Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and defence and civil litigants. FSSA is part of the Attorney General's Department and is supported by Administration, Information Technology and Projects, Science Support and Quality.
Qualifications
* A science degree relevant to molecular biology.
* Reference DNA sample provided for the elimination DNA register.
* Employment dependent upon receipt of a National Police Clearance (NPC) and an Extended Police Check (EPC).
* Employment-related screening check required.
* Some out of hours work, interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
