Position: Community Mental Health Recovery Practitioner
Location: Albany, WA

At Fellowship House Albany, you'll work side-by-side with members, helping them explore their recovery journey through creative, therapeutic, and peer-led programs. This is hands-on, relational work where your professional skills meet a community-focused heart.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 counselling and group supports that foster meaningful psychosocial growth.
* Co-design recovery goals with participants, promoting agency and voice.
* Collaborate with Recovery Support Workers, volunteers, and the broader community to create safe, inclusive spaces.
* Shape program content, therapeutic activities, and community events that strengthen connection and belonging.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma or higher in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health.
* Experience in therapeutic, psychosocial recovery work and group facilitation.
* Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and non-pathologising practice.
* Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Required: National Police Clearance, WA Driver's License, First Aid, Working with Children Check, NDIS Screen Check.

This position is part-time, offering 3 days per week.
