Swan Land Group is currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators (20T,30T) and Truck Drivers (HR/MC/HC) to join our team for a large-scale land development project in Townsville.

Current Vacancies
1. 30 Tonne and 30 Tonne Excavator Operator
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 30T and 20T excavators for bulk earthworks, trenching, and detailed site preparation
* Work alongside site supervisors and trades
* Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
* Ensure all operations meet safety and quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience operating 30‑tonne or 20‑tonne machines
* Excavator ticket/licence and valid White Card
* Strong safety awareness and ability to follow direction
* Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills
2. Truck Driver (HR/HC/MC Licence)
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive tippers for on‑site and off‑site haulage
* Load, transport and unload materials safely and efficiently
* Assist with general labour or site tasks when required
Requirements:
* Current HR, MC or HC truck licence
* Experience in civil construction or land development preferred
* White Card and commitment to safe practices
* Reliable, punctual and hard‑working
