**the role**: 
This specialist position is responsible for managing paid campaigns across Paid Search primarily but will also have the opportunity to work on Display, YouTube/Video, Pinterest, Meta, Audio, and Digital Out of Home (DOOH). Effectively managing these campaigns to drive strong results across all key metrics is a critical component to job success.
To add more context, this role will be responsible for:
- Manage campaign builds from start to finish 
- Campaign strategy development 
- Campaign structure development and management 
- Budget management 
- Tracking & tag management 
- Ad copy development 
- Ongoing optimisation and tracking towards KPIs 
- Running A/B tests 
- Campaign reporting and actionable insights 
- Attending client WIP's and liaising with clients on day-to-day tasks 
- Responding to client briefs alongside the account managers/directors
**HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED**:
- Ability to independently manage all implementation, optimisation and reporting for assigned accounts 
- Achieve strong performance across all activity 
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teams to deliver quality work for clients 
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to develop actionable insights 
- Giving proactive recommendations off the back of reporting insights
**the experience**:
- 2+ years' experience in the performance space, particularly Paid Search 
- Can-do attitude and self-motivated 
- Independent problem solver with high attention to detail 
- Thorough experience with campaign implementation, optimisation, management and reporting 
- Strong understanding of Google Ads best practices 
- Expert with Google Ads editor 
- Ideally, advanced with Excel (eg. vlookups, pivot tables) 
- Experience of more than one paid media channel is highly desirable, such as Programmatic Display 
- Exceptional technical knowledge and platform experience to deliver outstanding results across Paid Search and digital media 
- Prolific in understanding data in Google Analytics and gaining actionable insights 
- Understanding of tracking, tagging and pixel management through Google Tag Manager or similar 
- Experienced with bid management tools eg. SA360 
- Able to handle multiple client priorities, while maintaining attention to detail
