We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in the corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) markets for our chain of hotels in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and MICE segments to drive revenue growth for multiple hotels in Melbourne.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the assigned hotels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the hospitality industry, with a focus on corporate and MICE markets.
- Strong network of contacts in the corporate and events industry in Melbourne.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
