An Administration Support Specialist is required to provide assistance in delivering Development and Compliance services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Offer administrative support to the Strategy and Economic Development Directorate.
* Assist the Executive Manager in Development and Compliance related tasks.
* Support various business units, including Building, Statutory Planning, Lands, Emergency Management, Health Services, Rangers, and Parking.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, interpersonal communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft office products. A Certificate III in Office Administration or similar qualification, along with previous experience in an administrative role and a national driver's licence, is desirable. The ability to work independently and make informed decisions within guidelines is essential.
