General ClerkFrontier Migration Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for an administrator to support our migration agent in collecting documents with clients, preparing migration applications/documents, and managing timing/deadlines.
We are based in Darwin.High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.Responsibilities-• Support our migration agents and senior staff to collect documents with clients draftmigration applications, and manage timing/deadlines and undertake administrative tasks inthe day to day operation of the office..Qualifications, skills and experience-• Strong Communication skills• Professionalism• Good people skills and enjoys working with other people• Customer service experience• High attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to follow processes• Adaptability to changing priorities and new way of doing things• Computer literateFull Job Description• Working closely with and provide overall administrative support to our registeredmigration agents• Helping migration agents to prepare migration-related applications• Providing customer service to existing clients and prospective clients (e.g., helping thembook in consultations, requesting documents, entering data into forms, entering datainto client managements systems)• Preparing client service agreements and invoices• Be highly organised to manage work and deadlines• Capable of acting independently• Organise bookings, prepare documents and answer questions regarding documentsrequired and content.• Take notes at interviews and meetings.• Create One Drive file and store all documentation and correspondence for clients• Update client management spreadsheet and maintain client records.--Account ClerkFull Job Description• Process and record invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.• Generate and send invoices to customers, track payments, and manage outstanding balances.• Calculate and process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.• Reconcile bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting software.• Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.• Maintain organized and secure financial documents, such as receipts, contracts, and financial agreements.• Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and assist with audits when necessary
