Your new role
* Work across advanced, mission-critical projects delivering complex systems into Defence environments.
* Provide systems engineering expertise across the full life cycle - from requirements through to integration, assurance and certification
* Contribute to design reviews, system architecture, and technical decision-making
* Support testing, verification and validation activities to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and operationally effective.
* Collaborate with Defence stakeholders, industry partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated outcomes at pace
* Drive development of key engineering artefacts aligned to Defence standards and compliance frameworks
What you'll need to succeed
* Background in Systems Engineering within Defence, aerospace, complex engineering environments
* Experience working across requirements, integration, testing and assurance
* Exposure to complex systems-of-systems or multi-domain environments
* Strong understanding of engineering documentation, technical governance and life cycle delivery
* Ability to work in fast-paced, agile delivery environments with multiple stakeholders
* NV1 clearance (or higher) and Australian Citizenship
