About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at IRT, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their health and overall quality of life are prioritized. Super exciting offer:
* Sign on Bonus of $5000 for PT roles (24 hours +) to Join IRT in the Shoalhaven region
* Hourly base rate between $43.75 and $55.88 per hour,plus shift penalties depending on the experience.
* Location: IRT Culburra Beach
We have a part-time opportunity available for a Registered Nurses with flexibility to work a variety of shifts. The role offers 3–4 shifts per week, including weekends on a rotating basis to cover leave.

Your work may include:
* Providing clinical care
* Managing and supervising care workers
* Undertaking client assessments
* Monitoring clients’ care needs, evaluation care plans
* Providing treatment as required
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
* Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
* Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
