About the role
This role will work with Principal Evaluators and the Director of Evaluation and Effectiveness to ensure that the team delivers high quality evaluations to internal stakeholders. The role makes strategic links between evaluations to streamline evaluation processes; and advises stakeholders on evaluation best practice to contribute to evaluation governance, reporting and efficiencies within the Department.

About you
* Strong knowledge of and experience in program evaluation.
* Strong project management skills, capable of providing support to evaluators using appropriate software tools.
* Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
* Adaptable with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to provide responsive, accurate and timely advice on the department's evaluation policy, evaluation approvals process and evaluation practice to a range of audiences.
* Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
