We are looking for a support merchandiser in CESSNOCK.
Up to 14 hours per week. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday, with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday being essential days.
Role to commence early January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely perform the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
Successful Candidate Will Have
* Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential)
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
