Projects include large-scale industrial facilities, shopping centres, health, council, and mixed-use developments, including complex $100M warehouse and shed projects with multi-level internal structures. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from planning through to delivery Oversee programme, budget, procurement, and subcontractors Coordinate consultants, clients, and site teams Drive safety, quality, and project outcomes Manage stakeholder communication and reporting Requirements: Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects Strong financial and programme management capability Experience with Tier 1 / 2 builders highly regarded Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Gemco Recruitment was established in Australia in 2010 and specialises within the construction sector.
