Accounts Administration Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills to assist with the accounts process for our organization. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support for independent medical assessments and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage account queries from customers and clients.
2. Handle account-related inquiries.
3. Maintain consultant and customer records, invoice logs, cost center codes, and expense documentation.
4. Perform final quality checks of reports.
5. Manage invoicing for reports and appointments.
6. Handle consultant vouchers, auditing, and tracking requirements.
7. Monitor prepaid accounts and oversee debt collection processes.
8. Assist with preparing payments for consultants.
Requirements:
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in an Accounts Officer or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong customer service skills and ability to handle challenging interactions.
