Protech are on the lookout for experienced Civil Labourers and Plant Operators in Macarthur Area
This is your chance to jump onto a major project and be part of a team that values skill, safety and teamwork
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Monday to Friday + Saturday's as required
* 18‑Month Project with consistent work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Take on a variety of civil labouring tasks including: fencing, flagging, installing signage, environmental controls, site prep and clean-up
* Spot machinery and work safely around services
* Support plant operators and site supervisors to keep the project moving
* Plant Operation (if ticketed) may include: Roller, Moxy, Watercart, Excavator (Bulk or Final Trim + GPS)
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Full Australian working rights
* White Card (General Construction Induction)
* Minimum 6 months experience in civil earthworks
* Driver's Licence and reliable transport
* RII or VOC plant tickets – essential for operator roles
* Strong work ethic and a positive, can‑do attitude
* Able to follow instructions and work well both in a team and independently
