This is a key role within our expanding wealth advisory business, ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and delivering alternative investment solutions.Key Responsibilities Grow Funds under Management (FUM) for the Alternative Investment product suiteIdentify new business opportunities in private equity, real estate, and private creditBuild and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and referral networksCollaborate with Partners and marketing to deliver campaigns, events, and thought leadershipPresent to investors on alternative investment opportunitiesPrepare tailored investment proposals, ensuring regulatory complianceWork with accounting partners to deliver wholesale investment opportunitiesMonitor pipeline activity, report, and contribute to growth strategiesRepresent Kelly+Partners at client events and forumsCross-sell other business lines including insurance, finance, tax, and accountingAbout You 8+ years’ experience in business development, wealth advisory, or financial servicesSolid understanding of alternative investment products and client needsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship skillsTertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or related field (RG146 desirable)Self-driven, results-oriented, professional demeanorAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsWillingness to travel for meetings and eventsAbout the company We help you manage all your business accounting and financial needs.
