Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Katherine, NT. The Administrative Assistant will perform various day-to-day tasks, including managing administrative operations, providing support to executives, handling clerical tasks, maintaining work schedules, and ensuring efficient communication. The role will also involve answering phone calls professionally with excellent etiquette and assisting in organizing and maintaining files and records.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to perform day-to-day administrative tasks effectively.
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle internal and external communication professionally.
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including schedule management and providing support to leadership teams.
* Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Prior experience in the crane or construction industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
