Reporting to the Technical Development Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, both e-learning and trainer‐led sessions.

Key Responsibilities Performance Improvement
Apply a systematic process for analyzing human performance gaps and closing them.
Instructional Design
Design and develop informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.
Training Delivery
Deliver informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
Evaluation of Learning Impact
Use learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions.
Business Management Using Global Mindset
Use concepts, principles, and tools in working with stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness.
Administrative Expert
Ability to understand and implement policies, procedures and processes that relate to the division plans.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree holder
* At least 2 years relevant experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business and seek out diverse, innovative learning solutions
* Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
* Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
* Proficiency in designing learning content and implementing effective training and development
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
