An outstanding opportunity has presented itself for a talented professional to join the business to assist in the management of a wide variety of clients including High Net Worth Families & Individuals, Private Clients (retirees and wealth accumulators), Family Foundations and Not For Profit Charities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation of financial advice.
- Establish and maintain client accounts.
- Prepare pitch documents and portfolio reviews.
- Proactively provide factual market and economic information to clients.
- Assisting in the development of customised financial plans based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Conducting research and analysis to support investment recommendations and strategies.
- Monitoring and reviewing clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals.
- Take responsibility for file notes and action items from client meetings.
- Assist the Director with practice compliance requirements.
- Review/prepare the SOA, submit to Director(s) for review and make modifications as required.
- Supporting the Director in the preparation of advice and in the review of documents, including data collection and data accuracy.
- Manage a handful of own clients.
Background / Skills
- Previous experience in a strategic wealth management / investment / financial planning support based role.
- Previous experience in advice implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and priorities to meet deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
