About the Role
Are you a finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving excellence?
CSR is looking for aFinancial Reporting Analystto join our team atNorth Ryde.
You'll contribute to financial performance and support strategic decision-making across our brands.
This role reports to the GM of Finance and supports the financial integrity and performance of multiple sites in a collaborative environment that values precision, innovation and pro-active problem-solving.
What You Will Be Doing
Monthly Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet items, including variance analysis for each brand.
Stewardship Reviews: Develop comprehensive stewardship packs and supporting documentation (e.g., roadmaps) for each brand.
Budget & Forecast Consolidation: Lead the consolidation process for budgets and forecasts, including detailed SG&A analysis by GL and Profit Centre.
Corporate Finance Support: Assist with tax-related matters, audits, and other corporate finance requests.
About You
CA or CPA qualified
4+ years' experience in a similar finance environment
Strong expertise in both accounting and controlling
Proven ability to analyse and communicate financial information
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong focus on customer service, problem solving, and continuous improvement
Proficiency in SAP (Financial Accounting and Controlling modules)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
