Job Description
We are seeking a Caring Support Professional to join our team at a Residential Care facility. As a key member of the care team, you will support residents with their daily living needs, promoting dignity and independence.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
* Support residents' independence and participation in daily activities
* Assist with safe medication administration and maintain accurate documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
* Experience working in an aged care setting as a carer
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate with health professionals
