What you’ll be doing
Support the implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of a diverse range of projects, contracts and services to improve cancer outcomes of culturally and linguistically diverse communities residing in NSW, deliver against objectives of the NSW Cancer Plan, Refugee Health Plan and NSW Plan for Healthy Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities.
Remuneration/Benefits
In addition to base salary:
- 12% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

Essential requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the application of project management principles and techniques for culturally and linguistically diverse communities through project planning, implementation and evaluation within an evidence-based framework for multicultural or refugee communities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health discipline, management or related discipline, or relevant industry experience in the multicultural and or refugee sector.
- Excellent understanding of the health needs of people from culturally and linguistically diverse Communities, including people from refugee communities, and relevant trends, issues, policies and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors.
Pre-screening question
- Please outline your experience in implementing a project for culturally and linguistically diverse communities that involved various stakeholders. What project were you working on, what was your role, and what were your responsibilities?
- Please outline your experience in engaging stakeholders in a project you implemented (may include a procurement project). How did you manage these relationships? Were there any challenges? What was the final outcome?
