Club Beenleigh is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Gaming & Bar attendants to join our F&B team.

About the Role
As part of our Gaming team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional service across our key venues, including:
* Gaming Room & Bar
* Lounge Bar
* Sports Bar & Cafe
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering friendly, prompt, and professional customer service to members and guests
* Handling cash accurately and with confidence
* Operating and maintaining gaming machines and Keno
* Keeping our club clean, safe, and inviting
* Making sure RSA and RSG requirements are followed
* Preparing drinks and simple food for our guests
* Follow all relevant health, safety, and licensing requirements

What We're Looking For
We're seeking team members who bring energy, professionalism and a strong customer focus, including:
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking staff members who enjoy working as a team, and has an approachable personality, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and late nights (sometimes until 1am–3am)
* Experience with gaming systems including Odyssey (highly desirable)
* TAB / KENO experience (highly regarded)
* Handling cash accurately and with confidence
* Sharp attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
* Current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification
* Current police check & over the age of 18.
