About the role
Fixed-term, full-time opportunity to train, supervise, and coordinate Allied Health Assistants within the Physiotherapy team at Redcliffe Hospital.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be able to carry out the following key responsibilities in line with Metro North Health's values:
Ensure patients and staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, or linguistic backgrounds.
Follow service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality, safe services and workplaces.
Collaborate with senior physiotherapists to manage the workload of CA3 Physiotherapy Allied Health Assistants, accommodating leave and changing team requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Contribute actively to the Physiotherapy team through meetings and projects.
