Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating complex business situations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with organisational goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders across various levels to understand business processes, define requirements, and contribute to the development of high-quality products and systems. Your work will involve root cause analysis, documentation, and the creation of viable specifications and acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in business analysis within complex environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
* Ability to adopt a holistic view of business problems and opportunities
* Experience in root cause analysis and recommending actionable solutions
* IIBA certifications such as ECBA or CCBA (desirable)
* Must have an active TSPV clearance
