Senior Accountant - ParamattaA growing accounting and advisory firm in Paramatta is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a full-time, office-based role.This is a hands-on position with broad exposure to financial reporting, compliance, tax planning, payroll, and bookkeeping. You will also provide strategic advice to clients and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships. There is opportunity to manage and mentor staff, including offshore resources.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements and manage compliance reportingOversee tax planning, preparation, and advisory servicesPerform payroll, bookkeeping, and financial analysisProvide strategic advice to small business and individual clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsManage and mentor staff and offshore team membersAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience in a senior accounting roleStrong technical accounting and tax skills, including financial reporting and complianceExperience with payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting softwareProven client relationship management and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferredFamiliarity with small business financial operations and client-focused advisoryPrevious experience managing staff and offshore resources advantageous
