Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain D365

We produce some of Australia's favourite snacks – Kettle, CC's, Thins, Cheezels, The Natural Chip Company and Nice & Natural – operating across three sites and delivering over 200 million packets of chips per year.
About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management, you will join our IT Applications team to drive the successful delivery of D365 projects, enhancements and support across the Operations function.
The role will be based primarily at our head office in Norwest with regular travel to our manufacturing site at Orchard Hills.
Responsibilities
Lead analysis, configuration and delivery of Microsoft D365 Operations projects and enhancements.
Support supply chain and manufacturing users, manage and resolve open tickets in the support queue.
Follow ITIL processes and methodologies for change approval and migration to production.
Collaborate with Operations, Project Office and IT teams to resolve issues across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and inventory.
Partner with supply chain and operations departments to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and align with business milestones.
Coordinate project plans, budgets and reporting.
Influence best practice solution architecture and support a high-performance IT culture.
Work with vendors to provide support and upgrade information.
Develop, execute and lead unit, system and user testing to implement changes into production.
Build strong relationships across stakeholders and business users.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Supply Chain/SCM, ideally in FMCG.
Excellent Dynamics 365 and business process knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365, SQL database and integration technologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, project planning and commercial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, navigate conflicting priorities and work with senior leaders.
