Mandatory Skills:
* Broad experience working in a Contact Centre and/or Retail environment
* Understanding of PHI Products and experience working in PHI Industry
* Demonstrated ability to operate a broad range of computer packages
* Strong focus on delivering quality outcomes for customers
* Committed to continuous improvement
* Proactive, self-motivated and works on own initiative, including planning and organizing own workload
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
