This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6 month contract paying $75 - $80 p/h + Super. This role is located in multiple NSW office locations / WFH.

**About the Role**
The role is responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, conducting and implementing required training for a NSW Government Department.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Design, develop, and deliver specialized digital and IT training programs to ensure a skilled workforce and meet digital objectives.
- Provide various digital learning opportunities through online and face-to-face training across different locations.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for new digital programs and lead the process.
- Offer comprehensive digital support and advice to users after implementation, building strong relationships with staff and managers.
- Continuously improve training materials to stay relevant and effective.
- Maintain an updated skills and training register to identify skill development needs and comply with policies.
- Implement processes to capture and track specialized digital training undertaken by staff.
**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Outgoing and experience with adult training.
- Self-motivated and able to create and implement a training package for a "train the trainer" model.
- Proficient in contemporary software for creating training materials and courses.
- Travel required throughout regional NSW
