Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
* Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
* Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
* Supervise, train, and support Food & Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
Requirements
* 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
* Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
* Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
