Rmeish Joinery is a fast‑growing commercial joinery business partnering with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders across Victoria. We specialise in end‑to‑end commercial fit‑outs, complex architectural joinery, and high‑quality project delivery. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
As a Project Manager at Rmeish Joinery, you'll take full ownership of your projects from handover to completion. You will manage subcontractors, procurement, client relationships, and internal coordination to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple commercial joinery projects concurrently
* Lead project kickoff, page‑turns, and coordination with estimators and drafting
* Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and variation requests
* Schedule procurement, production, site installation, and delivery
* Manage subcontractors, installers, and site activities
* Maintain proactive communication with builders, architects, and internal teams
* Track costs, risks, and program milestones
* Ensure quality, compliance, and safety targets are met
* Manage project closeout documentation and handover
What you bring
* Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in commercial joinery, shopfitting, interiors, or construction
* Minimum 1‑2 years of project‑management experience required
* Strong understanding of joinery production, drafting workflows, and onsite installation
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Problem‑solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes
* Proficiency with project‑management tools (Innergy experience highly regarded but not required)
* A proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach to work
