Support and assist the Group Financial Control team to ensure the integrity of financial information for inclusion in financial reporting and improve the related processes and controls
About the role
3. Prepare the Group Financial statements and select subsidiary financial statements
4. Prepare external reporting documents for the various regulatory bodies and ASX
5. Preparation of various Board Reporting and submissions
6. Improve the processes and utilise available tools to minimise the time to produce
7. Preparation of financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries
8. Preparation of group level financial reporting requirements each month
9. Preparation of key balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
10. Provision and translation of technical accounting advice from ATT team to the Financial Statements
11. Assess for and implement process improvements to the reporting process
12. Involvement in the end-to-end external audit process
About you
13. CPA / CA qualified
14. Preparation of financial statements, especially cashflow
15. Proven history of working with and applying accounting standards
16. Proven experience in complex ASX-listed groups
17. Experience working with foreign subsidiaries (including FX translation)
18. Strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
19. Strong finance systems experience
