Skills and Experience: Experience working within Defence projects, preferably maritime, is desired but not essential. Experience working in a dynamic team to deliver outcomes to defined timelines. Previous experience and responsibility for making moderate improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the work area. Advance knowledge of the Unified Modelling Language (UML). Familiarity with UML modelling tools like Enterprise Architect Advance knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design. Advance Knowledge of Agile Methodology (e.g Scrum techniques). Programming capability in Ada and one or more of the following languages: C++, Java or similar high level computer language. Advance knowledge of the Linux Operating System and command line. Knowledge of the following Atlassian tools: Jira, Bitbucket, and Fisheye Knowledge of IP networking protocols and LANs Previous experience performing software integration testing Meet the work, health, and safety requirements - both Raytheon Australia and legal standards. The successful Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain up to a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed.
