About This Role
Your new role:
This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity delivering advanced mental health intervention services across a dynamic, multi-agency environment.
* Provide high-level clinical consultation and coordination across Metro South Addiction & Mental Health Services, Queensland Police Service, and Queensland Ambulance Service
* Lead and support the delivery, development, and evaluation of the Mental Health Intervention Program (MHIP)
* Deliver expert assessment, crisis intervention, and complex care planning with a high degree of professional independence
* Drive clinical excellence through mentoring, training, and development of multidisciplinary staff
About You
You are an experienced and confident allied health professional with a passion for improving mental health outcomes through collaboration and innovation.
* Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in mental health practice and complex case management
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary and interagency environments
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinicians while supporting high-quality, patient‐centred care
* Experience in service improvement, research, or implementing innovative models of care
