One Mile State School provides an inclusive, educational environment to approximately 450 Prep to Year 6 students and their families. About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Lead curriculum areas or whole-school programs to create and commit to a shared vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
Embed socially just and inclusive practices into everyday school life while upholding high standards for student achievement and staff performance.
Engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development to continually strengthen leadership and teaching practice.
Build and sustain strong partnerships with students, parents, government agencies, and community groups to support student success.
Take a strategic, future-focused approach by understanding relevant legislation and policies, and effectively managing human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve school goals.
