Customer Service Excellence Specialist
Join our team as a Customer Service Excellence Specialist, providing top-notch support to the Hub Manager in the efficient management and general operation of branches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safety of team members and customers
* Lead and inspire Sales Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service
* Create solutions for customers, develop quotes, raise purchase orders, and enter hire agreements
* Manage administrative tasks, assets, and quality
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need
* 5+ years of customer-facing work experience
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Able to multitask and prioritise
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead and support a team
* A desire to provide an outstanding customer experience
* General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Trade or previous hire industry experience is highly regarded
