Hindi-Speaking Support Workers Encouraged to Apply NEXTT is currently seeking female Support Workers to provide ongoing support to a female participant in Warwick Farm who lives with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. About the Role You will be providing person-centred support with daily living activities and community participation. Duties may include: Assisting with morning routines and waking up Personal care support Household tasks and light domestic assistance Medication prompting and breakfast support Community access, including shopping, appointments, and local outings Building a positive and supportive relationship with the participant Available Shifts: Monday: 10:00am – 12:00pm Tuesday: 10:00am – 12:00pm Wednesday: 10:00am – 3:00pm Thursday: 10:00am – 12:00pm Friday: 10:00am – 12:00pm Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – Level 3.1 Casual): Monday to Friday: $35.15 per hour Afternoon Shift: $38.67 per hour Active Night Shift: $39.37 per hour Saturday: $49.21 per hour Sunday: $63.27 per hour Public Holiday: $77.33 per hour What We're Looking For We are seeking support workers who are: ✔ Female (in accordance with the participant's preferences and support needs) ✔ Fluent in Hindi ✔ Reliable, professional, and committed ✔ Compassionate and patient in their approach ✔ Experienced or confident supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and mental health conditions ✔ Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle Essential Requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Working With Children Check Current Australian Driver's Licence (P2 or Full Licence) Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You Current First Aid and CPR Certificates Why Join NEXTT?
