About the Role
We are seeking a contemporary private-sector finance leader to join Jones Radiology as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a pivotal executive role, partnering with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board to shape and deliver the organisation's strategic and financial objectives.
The CFO will bring strong commercial acumen, deep treasury capability, and a proven track record of driving performance in complex, service-based organisations. You will connect strategy with financial outcomes, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable decisions. This role requires comfort in navigating ownership transitions and change, shaping capital allocation, funding structures, and business cases that support sustainable growth.
You will understand the levers that drive margin, cash flow, and long-term value, while maintaining a disciplined approach to governance, risk, and control.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the CEO and Board to align financial strategy with organisational goals.
* Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support sustainable growth.
* Shape capital allocation and funding strategies to optimise performance.
* Drive governance, risk management, and compliance across the organisation.
* Empower and develop teams, elevating financial literacy and capability.
* Use data and insights to improve both financial and non-financial outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications
* Tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in accounting, finance, or business, and CA or CPA qualified (essential).
* 10+ years of commercial/financial leadership experience at an enterprise level.
* Experience in the private sector, ideally service-related; healthcare experience highly desirable.
* Board-level exposure highly desirable.
* Experience in mergers and acquisitions highly desirable.
