About the Role
We are seeking Consultants, Associate Managers and Managers with a background in consulting to support the delivery of transformation initiatives across diverse client environments.
You will work on programs spanning organisational change, workforce transformation, operating model design, and technology-enabled transformation, with opportunities to contribute across Defence, Government, and broader industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and support end-to-end change and transformation initiatives across multiple industries
* Develop and execute change management strategies (stakeholder engagement, communications, training)
* Support operating model and organisational design activities
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
* Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations
* Contribute to project planning, reporting, and governance
* Support or contribute to business development activities (Manager level)
* Coach and support junior team members (Manager level)
About You
* Experience within a consulting firm
* Exposure to Defence, Public Sector, or other complex transformation environments highly regarded
* Experience in change management, HR transformation, or organisational design
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to operate in fast-paced, structured, and ambiguous environments
* Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
* Strong delivery capability with growing ownership of workstreams
* Confident in client engagement and delivery
* Proven experience leading workstreams and teams
* Exposure to client relationship management and/or business development
Eligibility Requirements
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
* Ability to obtain or hold a Baseline / NV1 Security Clearance (highly regarded)
