We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our fast-paced FMCG retail business. This role oversees multiple business units, ensuring they work together smoothly and efficiently. Key attributes include:
Demonstrated success in a senior management or GM role, ideally within a FMCG retail or franchise environment.
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive business performance, and execute on strategic goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Experience managing multi-site operations and maintaining consistent brand execution.
Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
