Job Description
Coniston Bakery are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Coniston NSW. The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:
* Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking ·
* Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
* Various baking techniques and methods
* Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
* Stock management and ordering
* Cleaning and equipment upkeep
Skills and Abilities:
* Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field
* Ability to work in a team environment
