Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with council of owners, lot owners, tenants, real estate agents, tradespeople and other stakeholders.
* Prepare agendas, budgets, minutes of meetings, access letters and general correspondence.
* Chair General Meetings and Council Meetings, including after-hours as required.
* Organise property maintenance; seek quotes and issue work orders as approved by the council of owners; review 10-year maintenance plans, process insurance claims.
* Monitor and report on financial performance and activities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
