We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and drive business growth.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a passionate team, improve guest experiences, and manage inventory and finances in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and motivating a team of hospitality professionals
* Improving customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
* Managing inventory, stock levels, and supplies
* Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and forecasting

Requirements:


Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
