Loader Drivers & Concrete Batchers | North Brisbane The Opportunity Are you a skilled operator looking to lock in a stable role with a global leader?
Randstad is currently partnering with premier concrete suppliers across North Brisbane to find dependable Loader Drivers and Batchers. With multiple sites ramping up production for 2026, we are offering Temp-to-Perm opportunities for those who take pride in their work and don't mind a 3:00 AM alarm clock in exchange for a finished work day while the sun is still high! Locations & Remuneration
Locations: Various sites across North Brisbane (including Brendale, North Lakes, and Caboolture areas). Pay Rate: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour + super (based on experience). Overtime: Generous OT available at penalty rates.
Shift: Early morning starts; Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday work). The Roles We are looking for dual-threat candidates or specialists in the following areas:
1. Front-End Loader Operator Feeding plant hoppers with aggregates and sand to keep production moving. Managing stockpiles and ensuring material consistency.
Conducting daily pre-starts and basic machinery maintenance. 2. Concrete Batcher Operating computerized batching systems to hit exact mix designs.
Coordinating with agitator drivers for timely site deliveries. Adjusting slump and moisture levels for quality control. What
You'll Need to Bring Tickets: A current Front-End Loader (LL) ticket and a valid Driver's License.
Experience: Proven history in a concrete plant, quarry, or high-volume civil environment. Reliability: You are the \"engine\" of the plant. If you aren't there, the concrete doesn't pour.
We need 100% punctuality. Safety First: A strict adherence to WHS protocols and a clean drug and alcohol record.
