Part time and casual positions available, based in Echuca.
As a Disability Support Worker you will support people with disability to:
* actively participate in their local community or attend group progams
* maintain and seek employment
* work toward achieving their goals as outlined in their current NDIS plan
* live as independently as possible in their own home
To be successful for this role, you must:
* promote and model, active support
* possess good literacy and computer skills
* support continuous improvement and ongoing learning
Shifts include weekdays, evenings and weekends.
