About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting Senior Account Managers, coordinating new business quotes and renewals, and supporting ongoing relationships with insurers and clients.
* Offer high-level assistance to Senior Account Managers to ensure excellent service delivery to our clients.
* Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals to meet our client's needs.
* Maintain effective working relationships with insurers and clients, addressing queries and responding in a timely manner.
* Ensure completion of all activities delegated by Account Managers within determined parameters.
* Process simple endorsements, remove suspended transactions, handle sunrise policies, and cancel policies as required.
* Gather relevant client information and identify key issues to provide valuable assistance to Account Managers.
