Opportunity
As a Gwinganna Receptionist, you are the warm, professional and welcoming first point of contact for our guests. This role offers:
* 2–4 days per week, with availability to increase in January.
* Must be available across a 7‑day roster, including Saturday OR Sunday
* Immediate start available.
What You'll Do
* Deliver excellence in Front Office Reception with a strong 'guest first' approach.
* Welcome, check in and check out guests, ensuring a seamless and uplifting experience.
* Provide exceptional guest‑facing customer service with confidence and care.
* Manage administrative tasks with accuracy, professionalism and efficiency.
* Respond to phone, email and in‑person enquiries with supportive and knowledgeable communication.
* Work collaboratively with all guest service departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
You are a positive and service‑driven professional who loves working with people and contributing to memorable experiences.
You will bring:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in reception or guest services.
* Strong administrative capability and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A friendly team‑focused attitude and high personal presentation.
* Initiative, maturity and confident problem‑solving.
