Facilities Manager
This position is responsible for managing the areas of buildings and maintenance, environmental services, food and domestic services.
Corryong Health (CH) is a public sector agency and one of six multi-purpose services in Victoria. CH is funded by Commonwealth and Victorian State Government funding, and provides a broad range of hospital, residential aged care, medical and primary health and community support services. We provide services to the Corryong community and operate a Medical Clinic, Health and Fitness Centre and Retirement Village.
* Providing high level leadership and direction across Hospitality and Engineering Departments to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
* Oversee contract management, asset management, procurement and purchasing across Corryong Health
* Developing and managing the organisation's Hospitality and Engineering staff resources
* Developing and implementing procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation
* Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
* Oversee funding application process for external infrastructure and equipment grants.
* Oversee all capital projects
