Regional Sales Manager, North Region
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, proven track record in sales management and deep understanding of the Companion Animal Health market.
* Lead and develop designated regional sales team to achieve identified business outcomes and sales performance.
* Support strategies developed at national business unit level that promote growth within the Companion Animal Business Unit with nominated key customers.
* Drive team performance to meet business priorities (QLD + NT territories).
* Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members.
* Manage territory planning and marketing campaigns.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Life Science and/or Business preferred).
* Extensive customer-facing sales experience ideally in Animal Health.
* Proven success managing sales teams and delivering on KPIs.
* Strong business acumen budget management and financial expertise.
* Solid experience in related markets or industries.
